How It Works?

Once you have placed your order and checked out on our website, you will receive an order ID. You can pay using internet banking, JUICE or choose to pay on delivery (cash or debit/credit card). After receiving your order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm availability and if the product is available, your delivery location and preferred time of delivery will be confirmed.

How Is Delivery Done?

Siloy.mu provides free delivery for total purchases over Rs 5000 anywhere in Mauritius. For specific products (under 2 kg) we can also ship to Rodrigues Island at additional shipping fee. Orders under Rs 5000 are delivered for a shipping fee based on the distance to deliver. We do not ship internationally.
