Buying with Siloy.mu is simple, fast, and convenient. We wrote this page to explain how our Ecommerce website works and how you can use it to buy all listed products. Your products are out for delivery. You can expect your products within 1 to 3 business days.

How The Order Process Works?

Once you have placed your order and checked out on our website, you will receive an order ID. You can pay using internet banking, JUICE or choose to pay on delivery (cash only). After receiving your order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm your delivery location and preferred time of delivery.

How Is Delivery Done?

Siloy.mu provides free delivery for total purchases over Rs 3000 anywhere in Mauritius. For specific products (under 2 kg) we can also ship to Rodrigues Island at additional shipping fee. Orders under Rs 3000 are delivered for a shipping fee of Rs 300. We do not ship internationally.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Within a maximum of 3 business days. On average we deliver most products within 1 to 2 days though.

What Are Your Operating Hours?

You can use Siloy.mu 24/24 and order at anytime. Our support team works between: 09:00 till 18:00 on Weekdays and 09:00 till 12:00 on Saturday. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Repairs & Warranty

Most of our branded products come with a warranty period. If for any valid reason, you have to send your product back for repair, you can submit a repair request using this form.

The repair and warranty process:

  1. You submit an after sales support request.
  2. Our after sales support specialist will contact you to confirm warranty period and other information. You will then be provided an after sales process ID and a pickup date and time will be confirmed to you whereby our team will collect the product to send for repair.
  3. We dispatch the product to the authorized service center for diagnostic and repair.
  4. Repairs that fall within the product warranty will be entirely covered. If the product has been misused or warranty has expired, then the product repair will be at the customer’s expense.
  5. Once repaired, we will schedule a delivery to you within 10 days of receiving the product back from the authorized service center. You can also order for expedited shipping back for a fee of Rs 300.

Note that warranty is not offered by Siloy.mu (Represented by Tidal Waves Ltd). Warranty is offered (when applicable) by the product brand’s official and authorized repair/service center in Mauritius.
