Condition of Sales

DELIVERY: We have several delivery options depending on your requirements. Free & Basic delivery is done within 2 to 4 days from payment confirmation (best route delivery method). Next Day Express delivery is done within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Express 48 hours delivery is done within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Note that we do deliveries only between Monday to Friday (exceptionally during some Saturdays). For big products which requires delivery by the brand’s agency, delivery is done within 3 to 7 days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). In the case of agency logistic delivery, our team will communicate with you for approximate scheduled delivery date after order is confirmed.

DELIVERY OPTIONS: Free delivery is available for total cart checkout value above Rs 2000. For example if you purchased 2 products and your total is more than Rs 2000, we deliver the products free of charge. You can also choose any of our paid express delivery options for faster delivery. 

PRE-ORDER: Products purchased on pre-order are delivered within 7 to 40 days or depending on arrival of the new stock. Our sales team will confirm the approximate date of arrival and delivery when confirming your order. Pre-order purchases require a 50% upfront payment which is non refundable in case client cancel order after ordering.

SHIPPING TO RODRIGUES: Some products can be shipped by air to Rodrigues. To confirm shipping eligibility please contact us by email at support@siloy.mu first before you order. Once you have your shipping fee communicated to you, you can order and we’ll adjust your invoice with the correct delivery fee.

STOCK: Product delivery depends on availability of stock. Most of our products are fast moving goods and stock may be depleted at any time. In the rare event of stock being depleted after ordering, we will inform you about it and recommend other products at around the same price or issue a refund.

PAYMENT: You can pay using either Internet banking, JUICE by MCB, Credit Card or Blink by Emtel. Note that since the COVID19 pandemic, we have stopped cash on delivery or pay on delivery to ensure a safe and hygienic purchase process for clients as well as the delivery team.

CREDIT FACILITIES: Credit facility is available via Rogers Capital subject to approval.

PHOTOS: Images are contractual and are based on photos provided by our suppliers catalog. Some models may look different.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION: To provide a safe and reliable service to our customers, some fragile products may be opened and inspected by Siloy.mu at supplier’s warehouse before delivery to make sure that the product is not damaged.

WARRANTY: Warranty of each product is offered by the product’s brand authorized service center in Mauritius. Siloy.mu only acts as a retail distributor of the product listed on this page. By purchasing on Siloy.mu, you agree that you will need to contact the brand’s authorized repair center for warranty & after sales services and agree to comply with the after sales service conditions of the respective brand’s authorized repair center or as mentioned in your warranty card for the product purchased.
