The Jabra Jabra BIZ 1500 Mono, QD is an entry-level, low-cost professional corded headset built for cost-conscious contact centres. With noise-cancellation technology, background noise is reduced, providing a more professional customer experience on every call. Professional sound delivered in a durable and affordable headset.
DELIVERY: Done within 1 to 3 working days for small to medium size products. For big products which requires delivery by the importer, delivery is done within 3 to 6 days. Our team will communicate with you for scheduled delivery date after order is confirmed.
FREE DELIVERY: Free delivery is available for total cart checkout value above Rs 3000. For example if you purchased 2 products and your total is Rs 3000 or more, we deliver the products free of charge. Delivery for products under Rs 3000 is Rs 300.
PRE-ORDER: Products purchased on pre-order are delivered within 7 to 15 days. Our sales team will confirm the approximate date of arrival and delivery when confirming your order. Pre-order purchases require a 25% upfront payment which is non refundable in case client cancel order after ordering.
SHIPPING TO RODRIGUES: Some products can be shipped by air to Rodrigues. To confirm shipping eligibility please contact us on Facebook or by email at [email protected] first before you order. Once you have your shipping fee communicated to you, choose Local Pickup when ordering. We will then send you a separate invoice for Air Shipping to do shipping payment.
STOCK: Product delivery depends on availability of stock. In the rare event of stock being depleted after ordering, we will inform you about it and recommend other products at around the same price or issue a refund.
PAYMENT: You can pay using either Internet banking, JUICE by MCB, MyT Money, Internet Banking, or Pay on Delivery (Cash and Debit Card).
CREDIT FACILITIES: Credit facility is available via Rogers Capital subject to approval.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION: To provide a safe and reliable service to our customers, some fragile products may be opened and inspected by Siloy.mu at supplier’s warehouse before delivery to make sure that the product is not damaged.
DELIVERY INSPECTION: Upon delivery, we will open and verify the product in front of you to make sure there is no physical damage to the product.
WARRANTY: Warranty of each product is offered by the product’s/brand authorized service center in Mauritius.
