At Siloy.mu, we aim to get your purchases to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Here’s how our delivery process works:
Standard Delivery
All our products are delivered across Mauritius. Once we’ve confirmed your payment, you can expect to receive your purchase within 1 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If your total purchase value is more than MUR 2500, delivery is completely free! If your cart value is less than MUR 2500, we charge a minimal delivery fee of Rs 190.
Express Delivery
For those times when you need your items more quickly, we offer two express delivery options:
48-Hour Express Delivery: We’ll deliver your purchase within 48 hours of confirming your payment.
24-Hour Express Delivery: We’ll deliver your purchase within 24 hours of confirming your payment.
Please note that fees for express deliveries are calculated based on the distance to your delivery location. This calculation is done automatically during checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Pickup Options
As an ecommerce service, we’re all about delivering your items straight to your home or office. Because of this, we don’t offer the option to pick up items from our office.
